Another movie which i watched last weekend (feel like so free these few days), day before cafe waiting love. It's a movie about music, dream and love, but what i focused on is the family part.
Here's the spoiler part:
A girl born in a rocker family, her father play drum in a band and her mother kinda same type of person like her father, and has a brother who inherited the 'rocker's characteristics' from her parents.
But she was different, she is odd among the family, she likes classical music, she likes Beethoven, she plays cello. and she's quite shy compare to her family.
She has a boyfriend, who plays guitar in a band and is a singer in the band too i guess. She was in love with him, she go for his band performances in a pub (she doesn't like it), because of him she try to mixed with his 'rockers' friend.
His boyfriend often travels to other city for performance and she applied julliard (a well-known musical college in US). They argue for it because its mean separation and long distance relationship.
okay, skip skip skip...
one day, her parents bring she and her bro out for a family day (due to heavy snow, no school for them both). and there was an accident. Mother died on the scene, father died in the operation and his brother died after operation (complication maybe). She was unconscious. (her spirit saw everything happened in the hosp. She actually decided to leave the world tgt with her family but she stayed when her bf calling for her to stay. End of story.
I like how to movie was produced, how the story was present. the story between bf and she not really touched me. I cried when I see his father buy her a cello by selling his drum and quit band, when i see her mother died and the memory of she and her mother flashed, I cried when her grandpa leave the choice for her to go or to stay, he said "its okay if u dont want to stay, its okay"
After the movie, i really feel that family love could be the greatest love of all, they never give up on you, they support you no matter how, they let you go if you want to (while ur bf argue with u for that), they give you everything they could bring u. Love your family before everything is too late.
I don't know why recently i like to watch romance, but what I see in the movie is beyond romance.
It's a great movie but its kinda boring la.. =]
PS: the girl is pretty!!!
